Dogs Laugh with Their Tails

Hi all!  Welcome to day 3 of MFT Teaser Time!  I couldn't resist making a card with Clearly Sentimental about Pets.  It's just TOO cute... especially when paired with Pet Charms Die-namics.  I revisited my "collar" trick that I did last month, but this time I left off the buckle.  I created a double-stitched collar complete with eyelets all the way down the center.  Then I adhered a patterned bone charm to the strip of paper beneath.  I added just the simple sentiment at the top and a couple details using patterned paper.

I struggled obsessed pondered about what to add to the done die-cut for a LONG while.  I cut it out in about a zillion (okay, 5) colors before settling on a patterned bone with nothing stamped on it.  I tried words, stickers, bling, brads... you name it.  Nothing worked... until I just tried these cute polka dots.  They just "fit".  I added the lined patterned paper beneath to give the cute bone a "stage" to shine on.
