Red, White, Blue, and CUTE!

Hi all and thanks for stopping by today!  Today is day 5 (of 7) of MFT Teaser Time.  I don't know about you, but I have been super excited to see all the amazing projects using this month's release.  SO many cute stamps and Die-namics!  *swoon*


I was in a patriotic mood as I started stamping with the brand new à la modes stamp set, Blue Without You, so I whipped out some new Echo Park patterned paper (that was a gift from my sweet friend, Joanne Basile) and went to town.  :)

She was colored with Copic markers.  I used the new First Class Friend Die-namics die to "frame" her.  I attached a sentiment on another new Die-namics die, Dog Tag with some white twine.  I adorned the tag with a simple star from the Stacking Stars Die-namics die.  I added a "swoop" of stars using the Star Border Die-namics.

While I had out all the supplies, I decided to use the same papers and dies for the other new a la modes stamp set, Talk Nerdy to Me.  Isn't she SWEET?  She reminds me of my youngest daughter who is a self-professed nerd and LOVES buying shirts that have the word NERD on them.  She is so silly.  :)

She is colored with Copic markers.  I used a silver glitter pen to jazz up the pencil.  The sentiment is stamped on the new Ticket Tab.
