Happy Birthday Dude

Hi everyone and thank you for rolling by today (I never miss the opportunity for a bad pun).

Today the MFT Design Team is participating in a Creative Challenge, monochromatic coloring.  I have to admit this SCARED me deeply.  I signed up, while wincing, and dove in head first.  My tactic was color using all warm greys, but try to trick myself in to beliving they were my "go-to" colors.  That worked well enough and I made it through.

Here is my maiden voyage of monochromatic coloring:

I used this new (and ultra cute) Pure Innocence Skater Boy and the new My Mind's Eye Lime Twist Out of the Blue 6 X 6 Patterned Paper Pad (IN LOVE WITH IT).

I used Copic W 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 to color my image.

I added lots of dimension to my layers and kept the embellishments nice and simple.  :)
