Today, we are featuring the new à la modes stamp set, You Rule. The great thing about this set is there are versatile sentiments included, so it doesn't *have* to be for a teacher. I chose the "You Rule" sentiment for my card.
I used one of the new My Mind's Eye paper pads for my card. I loved the woodgrain pattern and wanted to highlight it, so I used a piece to "frame" my image. I distressed it with my Tonic paper distresser, and then ripped and folded my paper a bit.
I found this cool Prima flower in my stash. It had a pearl in the center, but I didn't like it, so I ripped it off and created one using some coordinating patterned paper and a matching brad.

- The MFT release is on March 15th at 10 PM EST and includes the MFT VIP and the 2 new à la modes.

SWOON! Jody, this card is so fab. Your cards are always so intensely fabulous. Love the bending and tearing, love the woodgrain paper (I picked some up too but haven't used it yet!), and LOVE all your zillions of layers. Just perfect.
